In this section, we cover DDL & DML, building blocks of SQL, aggregated data/tables, Where vs Having, Joins, SQL Functions, Nested Functions, Sub-Queries, Views, SQL Alias, and making views tangible. You’ll also get to practice your new SQL skills.

SQL For Statistics

In this section, we’ll cover installing PostgreSQL + new database, populating tables with data, data product management, exploratory data analysis, data structures with SQL, Regex Match in SQL, data structure analysis summary, and descriptive data analysis. We’ll also cover percentiles and frequency, quartiles, correlation, and other statistics with SQL. You’ll also have an opportunity to practice your new data analysis SQL skills.

Data Modeling, Data Visualization, Pipeline, and Experimentation

In these next sections, you’ll learn data modeling, how to design your design model, data visualization principles, and designing data with Tableau. You’ll also learn about data producers, types, pipelines, warehouses, and consumers. We’ll guide you on how to set up your project on Mac and Windows to work with data in our experimentation labs. Moreover, you’ll get a deep understanding of how to develop a product experimentation framework, hypothesis design, and experiment design. Next, we’ll explore how you can use Python and SQL for regression and retention analysis.
